Based on the April Monthly Test, low achievers were traced out.
Parents were contacted to provide electronic support to their ward so that online classes could continue without hindrance.
Due to socio-economic background, a few students still lagged behind.
Weekly and slip tests were conducted. Almost 100% of students gave attendance on WhatsApp, but during live class through Google Meet, hardly 60% attended because parents used to take the smartphone to their workplace.
To overcome this issue, after completion of each lesson, lesson material (objective type, short answer type, long answer type) was posted on WhatsApp and Google Classroom.

*In the present scenario of the COVID-19 pandemic, as per MHRD and KVS guidelines, online teaching was carried out from April 2020 onwards. In the initial stage, classes were taken using WhatsApp and thereafter through Google Meet and Google Classroom. In spite of various difficulties, best efforts have been undertaken to achieve the desired learning outcomes.*

Follow-up & 100% Learning Note (April 2020):
April monthly test was conducted in addition to weekly and slip tests. Around 90% of students used to give attendance on WhatsApp. However, during live classes through Google Meet, many left and rejoined due to network issues and other reasons.
To overcome this issue, after completion of each lesson, lesson material consisting of MCQs, short answer type, and long answer type questions was posted on WhatsApp for low achievers and those who could not attend the class.
100% care was undertaken.
