To find which pipe will fill more sand

Collect some old postcards . we can use thick paper. Fold the post card along the width to make pipe  1and take another postcard and fold it along the length to make pipe 2 . Guess which pipe can take more sand in it. Hold it on the plate and pour sand to check your guess
